Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for both my time and other clients, please review the following policy: Cancellations & Reschedules: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% service fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. A fee may still apply at $2 per minute up to the 10 minute window. After 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled and charged a cancellation fee of remaining balance of service. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. Deposits will be applied to the service but are forfeited if the policy is not followed. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to be understanding in emergencies. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
